- Scope of application -

  1. The entire content of the essays presented in the forum (including nickname/title/content/signature file…)

  2. Personal file (signature file/name card file)

  3. All other open content in wording.


- Scope of management -

  1. Users of this website shall be responsible for each piece of their essay posted at the website.

  2. Essays containing any of the following elements are prohibited at the website:

    1. Personal attack (aiming at particular person)

    2. Verbal abuse (not aiming at particular person)

    3. Provocation

    4. vulgar language

    5. Advertising, message series

    6. Content or links in violation of the 18 items of prohibition (obscenity, violence, and horror)

  3. Important notice in presenting an essay:

    1. Respect the opinions of the others

    2. Mind the words and tone and avoid verbal dispute

    3. Avoid discussion on private matters in public discussion zone (forum).

    4. Avoid presenting essay in inappropriate zone (forum)

    5. Avoid presenting the same essay in different pages (no more than 3 web pages)

    6. Mind the length of the content in citation of essay. Avoid excessive content of citation that may cause interference to the readers.

    7. Essays for trial use are prohibited unless the web pages are at pilot running stage.

    8. Essays containing content with malicious exaggeration such as “Quick Money Experience”, “How to inflate the value” for earning of Z currency are strictly prohibited.

    9. No posting or search for essays from external links, pirated software, or content not related to the theme of the page.

  4. Actions in penalty:

    1. Essays or authors of the essays in violation of the aforementioned rules and regulations shall be subject to punishment by the webmasters of respective pages in accordance with applicable rules and regulations by removal of the essays or prohibition of pasting the essays on respective pages.

    2. Essays or authors of the essays in violation of the aforementioned rules and regulations shall be subject to punishment by ZADAK website in accordance with applicable rules and regulations by deprivation of the right to the whole website.

  5. Notes and supplementary information:

    1. The Administrator shall be responsible for judging if the aforementioned rules and regulations have been violated. Please use your words carefully!

    2. The websites welcome the diversity of opinions from the users by presenting their ideas on condition that the aforementioned rules and regulations were duly observed.

    3. Please learn to be tolerant of different opinions. Do not engage in arguments as a response to essays containing elements of malicious criticism or attack. The Administrators of the webpage will handle the situation appropriately or both sides of the argument will be responded to by the aforementioned actions.
